Is debt consolidation for me?

I am not sure if I would qualify for this or not. All the accounts that I need help with are charged off and sold. Is it too late to do a consolidation now? I have arrangements with most of them, but one is being really difficut to deal with. If it is still possible to do a debt consolidation program, could anyone recommend a good company to contact?
